
As much as many health law system and policy in wider state actor and none state actor continue to criminalize the health rights of trans people , it mean Trans people have no freedom , no choice and no right to access any health services that is of essential need to their every aspect of SRHR and daily wellness , this is a serious universal human rights concern as too many trans in all diversity domain still don’t enjoy their full rights to health and Social Reproductive Health Rights, as a result of criminalization practices existing in state health law and police carried in government decision maker and political motives which are 99% harmful to the health rights of transgender people everywhere in Africa and the world . Trans people continue living in high health risk environment which this environment is occupied by transphobic ideology and political heteronormative practices based on gender and sex.
Why Trans health Care Inclusion Advocacy Matter,
To better create strengthened health sustainability System that affirm Safety, care and inclusion treatment of Transgender, this can only be driven forward by strategic advocacy.
It’s therefore important to develop useful dynamic advocacy approach to create sustainable health care and affirm equal treatment for all transgender people, this advocacy should include;
Developing advocacy Strategy action that enable fast track accountability for trans health rights.
Designing advocacy strategy that timely monitor and evaluate practice of human rights violence on health rights of trans.
Develop advocacy strategy guidelines resources that can prevent harmful practice of stigma, discrimination and targeting of trans people living with HIV.
Designing advocacy accountability action for the declaration of Universal Health Coverage on delivering quality health treatment to all trans diverse people.
Developing advocacy strategy to decriminalize health law impeding trans to access SRHR in wider state sponsored transphobic.
