Taking accountable action to fulfill our Goals and Priority mandates.
Our strategic plan is an overall commitment approach to improve living standards throughout of affected community and those continue to be left behind.
Action for Law reforms to meet equalized standard welfare for all most marginalized need regural tracking of accountability. Abuse of tax investment continue to have disproportionate impact on the poorest in society, dragging more people into poverty. This creates a cross-generational cycle of inequality, disadvantage and poverty with the most affected being sogiecs group, disabled people and people from indigenous ethnic groups and women. The causes of these challenges have not been evenly widely mapped out across Africa. For example, most papulation of people in Namibia are likely to reliant on state welfare grants, more than papulation in Kenya and Nigeria. The current unemployment rate being high in Africa, its major crisis that require proactive action for all sector of state and CSOS sector to work together in solidarity to mitigates the crisis of unemployment in Africa.
This is why the strategic plan set out to focus on the issues affecting the most marginalized group and those continue to be left behind in society. While we cannot control how government and sector of state can best invest in social economic rights of affected group, we have developed tool that serves as giuideful resources to enable government and all state sector to track accountable performance on human rights of most affected group, we will use strategic litigation action and enforcement powers to tackle discriminatory decision-making in the social economic system to ensure all affected disadvantage people receive the support they are entitled to. We will tackle discrimination in the workplace across all sector of employment and to address barriers people face, including public health and promote equal treatment at work, focusing on the lowest-paid group and domestic labour sectors of society. We will also work to strengthen the Public Sector Services deliver Duty and call for the Africa Public socio- economic monetary policy to be established across sectors of states as these can be criticaltools eliminate housing inequalities. Finally, our Strategic Plan looks to the future to adopt more use of Technology as its plays an increasingly important role in all our lives and fast to broaden changes and human rights concerns. We will Mapp out all causes injustice implications by using new technology for case regarding African Justice operation system. We take accountable approach to improve the accessibility of transport. To prevent labour violence occurrence in the workplace we will develop an innovative Public Human Resources Accountability Peer Review Monitory System and developDigital Labour Violence case management support to protect against worker discrimination at work.
