It’s imperative for civil society to acknowledge that the life of every person on this planet is impacted by how well policy maker, government, state actors and non-state actors treat and invest in the broader vulnerable settings of communities including, LGBTIQ+ adolescents girls and disability people.
Till now it should be noted that none of the state actor has comprehensively assessed how well governments use their decision power, resources to ensure none is left behind and all people are treated equally and that is how well governments can meet their human rights obligation.
ERAO brings a unique , innovative expertise that develop best strategies focuses on economic empowerment support for LBTIQ+ so that they can thrive, and live a sustainable health living ,sustainable economic , sustainable human rights security and facilitate social inclusion in the government sector . Building on this strategic plan our focus is to provide a comprehensive digital tool to monitor State Human Rights Accountable Performance (SHRAP) in Africa.
Thematic Priorities
ERAO aims to eventual develop a tracking system for Africa- State Human Rights Accountable Performance (SHRAP) based on all rights set out in the International human rights laws and in the Charter ACHPR
The rights shall covers Civil and political rights, economic, social and cultural rights . We also seek to develop specialized datasets to track LGBTIQ+, specific rights violation that linked with SOGIESC and develop active Justice system human rights protection for the affected group. Our ideology is to be responsive to all critical human Rights concerns of affected vulnerable group , upon this response we can develop a regional Human Rights Action Working Group, in which the working group can work to provide solution on different aspect of human rights concerns of the affected vulnerable group and with evidence approach framework.
As a Civil Society that is guided by the UN Human Rights Mechanism is provisional to build a innovative Technical Instrument of a high cyber security system that can protect our community from digital violence, by doing that we develop a Qualitative Human Rights Progress Analysis System.
Our innovative strategic methodologies allow CSO’s to find open doors for partnership in sharing of knowledge, skills and expertise.
ERAO can deliver a lasting positive impact solution toward improving traumatized living condition of transgender and diverse marginalized society affected by human rights conflict, if we develop more Innovation Justice Serving Mechanism (IJSM) for trans and Queer youth who continue to be excluded in society on basis of SOGIESC, we have developed strategic plan partnership open call for collaboration with global , regional and International Civil Society Organization , human rights practitioners , researcher and academic, Our theory of changes is driven by the believes that in today’s work to build progress there is no one size fits all and our methodology for Tracking State Human Rights Accountable Performance require informed collaboration as a key in delivering progress so its for this purpose that we have developed a partnership call for opportunity.
